When should I reach out for my event?

For rentals: Items are limited and are reserved on a first come, first served basis if available. We require 72 hour notice for rental reservations so that we can make sure we can coordinate delivery.

For services: The earlier you reach out, the better! It’s never too early to start brainstorming and planning! Providing at least 4 weeks notice before your event allows us plenty of time to source the right products and ensures that we can pull everything needed together. How long is the rental period?

2 days. For example, if your event is on Friday, you can pick up on Friday morning and return by end-of-day on Saturday. Or you can pick up on Thursday and return after your event on Friday.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Venmo.

When will I be charged for my order?

50% of the rental cost is required as a non refundable deposit when making your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before pickup date/time.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the pickup date/time for your rental item(s). The 50% deposit will not be refunded.

How does delivery work?

We currently only offer delivery for our rental items.

Our Standard Delivery range is within 15 mile radius of zip code 94061.

Standard Delivery is included for orders totaling $200+.

$50 Standard Delivery fee for orders less than $200.

Please contact us if you need delivery outside of our Standard Delivery range.

Can I pickup rental items?

We currently aren’t setup for pickup, but please use the Contact form to reach us for any special requests.

Do you ship rental items?

We currently do not ship our rental items but may offer that option in the future. Contact us if you have a special request.

How do I return my rental items?

Rentals need to be returned to zip code 94061. A return location address will be provided when you make your reservation.

How much is the deposit for my rental?

Deposits are 50% of the rental cost of the item(s).

How do I get my deposit back?

Once you return your rental items and they are inspected for damage, your deposit will be refunded in full as long as they are returned in the same condition received.

Do I need to wash my rental items before returning them?

It is not required to wash items before returning them. However, if you would like to wash them, please be sure to hand wash our items and dry them right away.

What happens if I lose, break, or damage a rental item?

Please be extremely careful with our rental items! Many of them are fragile and irreplaceable as well. We expect rental items to be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received. However, we understand that accidents happen! A portion or all of your deposit will be withheld if an item is lost, broken, or damaged while rented out to you so that we can fund any repairs or replacements that may be needed. Anything beyond normal wear will result in a portion or the full deposit being kept depending on the extent of the damage or loss and whether the item can be repaired or replaced.
